Ho’oponopono Workshop

Saturday, May 23rd | 10-12

Discover Ho’Oponopono, a simple Hawaiian practice of healing and inner peace through love, forgiveness, and responsibility.

In a time when the world feels increasingly complex and heavy, many of us are searching for a grounded, accessible way to cultivate peace from the inside out. This class offers an invitation into Ho’Oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian ritual whose name means “to make things right.” Rooted in compassion, humility, and responsibility, this practice centers on the understanding that healing begins within—and that as we restore peace internally, it naturally extends into our relationships and the wider world.

Together, we will explore the heart of Ho’Oponopono through four simple yet transformative phrases: “I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.” While these words may seem straightforward, they open a powerful inner process of reconciliation—helping us release stored pain, tend to our inner lives, and shift how we relate to both past and present experiences. Practiced quietly in meditation, this ritual becomes a deeply personal and inward journey that can support healing across many dimensions of life.

Led by Marianna Cacciatore—author, minister, and longtime grief counselor—this gathering is both practical and experiential. Whether you are new to contemplative practices or looking to deepen your spiritual life, this class offers a meaningful and approachable path toward greater peace. Together, we step into the possibility that by transforming ourselves, we participate in the healing of the world.
